Performance courses and performing are a great way to immerse yourself in dance and get to know other ladies who are also learning dance as adults. I’m going to leave some comments and reviews below from ladies who already participated to give you a better idea of what you can expect.

Any nice story or thoughts you want to share?

After the performance, we all left the stage and went downstairs. I was shaking like everyone else and I heard somebody saying “Let's get a group hug”. That was the best thing. I felt so much love and a sense of achievement for all of us. A unity of strong badass women who care deeply about each other. I'm so happy you got that on camera.

Since I was a little girl I thought it was fascinating that there were people able to dance from memory, like you know what step comes next and ALL THESE YEARS later I AM ABLE TO!!!! I have enjoyed everything! From rehearsing, to practicing at home to performing!

I thought the female energy was amazing in the dressing rooms. Everyone was so collaborative, willing to help, doing each others make up, perfecting moves… it was so much fun. And when Sarah arrived like Santa Claus with everyone’s hats and T shirts that were individually done it was WOW, so sweet. What a nice crew!

I've always wanted to do street dance ever since I was young! And I'm so happy to be able to learn now. The way dance has improved my confidence! I so so appreciate this and the welcoming environment you create 💓 I've improved a lot since I started going to your classes and still have lots to learn :) I also really appreciate you giving me the opportunity to be at the front for Feedback 💃🏻 it made me realise that I am improving! Feel proud for taking up the challenge.

I loved the build up to the show, the practices, the costumes and make up together. As an adult, it's very difficult to find such joyful group activities so I'm very thankful for Sarah and all the Gwan Gurls for putting themselves forward for such a fun event.

What did you love?

Sarah you always bring so much humour, fun vibes and energy to the rehearsals and classes generally. It's always such a welcoming atmosphere and I really appreciate this💗 Also I love the choreography! You are so talented!

Everyone was so kind and lovely, especially in calming nerves of beginners. The stage and theatre was the right size.

The whole atmosphere was electric because there were different levels of Sarah's classes supporting each other.

As always, loved making more friends in this amazing community you have created! Loved doing three songs. Loved your fun choreography, loved the flash mob start, and loved the little groups and pairs pulled out for moments. The venue was really nice - my guests liked it too. Loved being able to watch the dress rehearsal.

Working towards a routine, having the same group of people every week, girlhood vibes and so much support on the day, the routines being taught in the general classes as well was really helpful, having it broken down again and extra drills was great

The energy and passion that went into the day. You could tell how hard everyone had worked, and that everyone was taking the day super seriously whilst having fun.

What an amazing party Sarah organized (not the first one I’ve been to 😉). The highlight was the pre-show of course 🔥 All the energy coming from the performers was truly amazing and it was pure enjoyment watching them! I was one of the performers and I am truly happy I have this opportunity to learn a full choreography and improve. Sarah is an amazing teacher and puts her heart and soul into teaching us!
And of course the dances afterwards. A wonderful chance to connect with people and just enjoy moving your body in a judgement-free environment.

Went to the Gwangurl party in may 2026, I had such a blast being in one of the opening dance numbers for the party - the vibe was amazing, the support incredible and the atmosphere like no other. After the dance performances, the dancefloor opened accompanied by a DJ bringing the best of vibes for everyone - dancers or non-dancers being on the floor. Sarah really knows how to bring a crowd together and get everyone on fire! I'd recommend this for any woman who loves to dance, likes to go out and want to hang out with a great group of ladies!
